At Renewed Plants (“Renewed Plants,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing quality plants, home goods, and curated items to our customers in North Carolina and beyond. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online channels. By completing a purchase with Renewed Plants, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Live Plants – All Sales Final
Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, all sales of plants are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on live plants. Renewed Plants is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, weather exposure, delays in planting, or environmental conditions after delivery. For shipped orders, “arrival” is defined as the date and time marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If a plant arrives damaged or appears unhealthy at the time of delivery, you must contact us within forty‑eight (48) hours of delivery with clear, unedited photos of the plant, the packaging, and your order information. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review, store credit, or any form of remedy.
2. Non‑Plant Items (Merchandise & Supplies)
Non‑plant items such as pots, tools, apparel, books, or accessories may be eligible for return, subject to the conditions below.

Items returned without original packaging, in used condition, or outside the stated time frame may be refused or may be eligible only for a partial refund or store credit, at our sole discretion.
3. How to Start a Return (Non‑Plant Items Only)
To request a return for an eligible non‑plant item, please email us at renewedplants@gmail.com and include:

To request an exchange, you must contact us at renewedplants@gmail.com within forty‑eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. If the requested item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non‑plant returns, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We strongly recommend:
